coveted Amelia by the Sea. Come stay in this newly updated 3-bedroom 2-bathroom condo. It offers
comfortable and clean accommodations with sweeping views of the pool, pier, and ocean. With
easy access to the front door directly at the elevator, it is a breeze to haul groceries and beach gear
up and down.
New owners have completed a deep cleaning, added all new linens and done additional aesthetic
upgrades while they wait for a full remodel in the fall and winter.
There is a king bed in the master, the first guest room has a queen bed and the second guest bedroom has a queen bed, but an additional twin bed as well. . One bathroom is in the hall
between the guest rooms, and one bathroom is ensuite to the master.

The 780 ft fishing pier with seating benches is private for owners and guests and provides rinse

community grills, and two tennis courts with one marked for Pickle-ball are additional amenities to
help make your stay enjoyable.
