The living room looks out to the private balcony and to the dazzling views. 

    The condo comes with cable and wi-fi throughout. The living room has a big screen TV, and both bedrooms have a TV. Come spend a few days or a few months during the winter. 

You are located in a prime position. Steps from the pool, steps from the sand. No elevators or stairs needed. Every activity is right outside your door. The patio is comfortably furnished so you can enjoy the beautiful ocean views, watch the kids at the pool, or simply sit and relax. There are tennis courts, outdoor grills, an glistening blue pool, and a private 780 ft fishing pier. The pier is private to our guest and owners with no permit needed while you stay.

   This is a residential community not a resort. Quiet hours are observed from 10PM - 8 AM
